Notes

Today was supposed to be an off day but I got in my 6 miles that I missed yesterday. I very well could have gotten my run in last night after work if I hadn't gotten home at 11 pm. I've ran that late before but I was certainly tired from work and knew I wouldn't put any effort into the run. I'm definitely happy with this run today. I broke away from my basic out and back 2 mile loop and threw in some decent amount of hills with the run today. Even with the hills out there and the persistent rainfall I managed to run a sub 8 minute mile pace for the overall run. The next few days will certainly be difficult running 4, 6, 4 but if I can make it to the long run of 8 miles on Sunday I should be okay. The following week is the first real rest week after a solid 4 weeks of training.
