Notes

Obviously a extremely slow run, barely a trot, but it loosened up my legs for tomorrow's run and I've got my first barefoot run out of the way. I'm sure when the skin on my feet toughen up again I'll be going much faster. Oddly enough today was the first even splits on the first mile downhill and the second mile uphill.
