4 miles of slow, half-dead shitty running!!! Both Adria & I were dragging ass tonight. We couldn't have outrun ourselves tonight. I ate too much, my legs felt heavy, 4 miles felt like 15. Yuck. Praying tomorrow my 15-16 feels like 5-6!!
