Holy shit, that felt long. I don't feel bad now, I wasn't really sore during, it was just long, hot & humid. Waited for the dense fog to clear & should have taken my chances & run anyways...at least it wasn't hot & humid when it was foggy. Overall, it wasn't a terrible run, just felt like a lot of really hot work!
