Notes

Worked out with Sabine at MCC's pool. Combined water workout. Some laps, some running, some strengthening. I was feeling all the shoveling time though when swimming laps, even though they were slow, easy laps! First time there, it was a nice pool, lots of room, few people, very clean. I think we are going to like working out there!
