My first barefoot run, half mile on the dreadmill. Felt amazing!! The shin pain/tightness was instantly gone & my form felt better immediately. No heel striking, felt very easy & light. The treadmill belt was bit toasty on the feet though, could have done without that. I did form a bit of a blister on my right forefoot. Not sure if this was there & I could just feel it more because of the heat or if I did it while doing the barefoot run. Can't wait for the next run!
