Great run w/ Sabine. We kept it under a 10:00 average pace, so we were both happy with it. The roads were better today, some cold wind, but the sun was shining and it was beautiful!! My R calf & shin were tight again & I had to stretch a cpl times during the run. Finally loosened up about 4 miles in, but could still feel it. Overall, a great run!
