Notes
Evening run with Chris & the dogs. The pace felt good, the footing was decent other than a spot or two. Ended the run with a soak in the hot tub & a few glasses of wine with our husbands, Sabine & Ed & Chris' kids. It was a fun night & a good run. My lower leg felt good, no tightness or pain while running or after.
