Evening run with Chris. We took it pretty slow tonight and the cemetery slowed us down even more as the footing wasn't great there. My right lower leg as a little pissy again, but it seemed to be better as we went. Did a little ab work & some push ups after the run. This hasn't been a bad winter, but I could use some time running on clear roads!
