Long run with Chris, Ed, Nikki & Adria. I kept up with Ed, Chris & Nikki for the first 5 miles and ran it much faster than my usual pace. Adria joined us for the last 5 and we stayed a bit behind. I still maintained a much faster than usual pace, but it was a little more work & I was lagging a little. Ed & Nikki pulled ahead after a mile and I stayed fairly consistent with Adria & Chris to help me. I'm extremely happy with this run, since I have to work to keep this pace on 3 miles. It was work & I had to push myself, but I never felt like I couldn't make it & still had energy to improve my pace for the last mile. The weather couldn't have been better for running & the company was fantastic. Great run!!
