Notes
Well that was bloody cold! It was windy, rainy & chilly, but I managed to squeak out 3.7 solo miles. My original idea was seeing what my pace could be solo, but I spent more time ducking rain & wind than focusing on running. My legs felt ok, it was just cold & crappy out. I should have run a few extra miles, I just wasn't tough enough to do it today.
