Great evening run with Chris & Nikki. The weather was perfect for a run, the company was great & the running felt just wonderful! This speed no longer intimidates me, it now seems to be more of a comfort zone for me. I am calling it tempo, because technically it is much faster than what I've been running previous months, but it no longer feels like a tempo run. I'm guessing I won't get much faster though, so I'm thinking this will still be a tempo pace. I am just loving running right now!!
