Wow, this felt great!! Evening run with Chris, unplanned & unstructured. We just set out with no time or distance goals in mind & not really knowing which roads led to where. We knew we didn't have too much time before dark, so we did push it a little. But the pace felt good. The last mile or so was a little harder, but it was so close to home it didn't matter. Once again, it feels good to push myself & see what I can do. It got a little cool in places when the sun started to go down but it was a good running temperature. Great run!
