Great early morning run w/ Adria. Did a big & small loop around town w/ Adria, then another big loop solo. Weather was beautiful for running! Great tempo w/ Adria, a little slower on my solo loop. I just get such a good tempo rhythm when I'm running w/ her, I wish I could keep it when solo! Overall, great run!! :)
