Chris & I hooked up with Nicole & Michelle for the first stretch, then finished the next 4 miles out. It was chilly & misty & windy in spots for the entire run, but it wasn't so bad once we were moving. My left knee was a little cranky, but not so bad I wanted to stop. I really need to get new shoes!
