Plan was to wake up and hit a workout, but I slept in until 7:30 and then didn't get out of bed until almost 8:30...... didn't get to bed early enough last night, and slept awfully due to congestion / the room being too hot. Shannon motivated me to get out the door for 4, will try and get in some more after dinner tonight, and correct my poor habits going forwards.
