Ran from PHS! MP tempo, 7 miles @ MP this week. Thought I could be a little closer to 6' pace than last week, but it wasn't to be. I guess this was a little tougher route than QSDOB - pretty flat, but not *pancake* flat. Legs felt fine for most of this, but breathing was labored the whole time. Physically I'd say it was a little harder than I'd hoped, but mentally the effort was pretty relaxed (i.e. it was a little tough but I never doubted I could run the pace), so that's okay I guess. Averaged 6:10 pace on the nose for 7 miles, pretty good.
