Easy run with that bum Paul Cina! ft. TLS Shanon for the first 2 miles. We ran over to Danehy park and did 2 miles of 100m on, 300m off - getting in some turnover before the 10k tomorrow. Not sure what to expect, I'd like to surprise myself but I think that 34 flat is an honest read on my fitness... should really run like that's the goal. Plan is to get out conservatively, then latch onto a pack and chill - if they're going a little too fast, or too slow, I can deal with it. Should be making moves in the second half if I don't run like a moran.
