8x200m strides on 15th street. I think they were a tad short of 200m. Full rest in between each one - the goal was to start at mile pace (34) and progress down to 800 pace (30-31). We didn't really do that, but they were all pretty fast.

Standing / supine hip routine afterwards, then lift.
