Wanted to start at 2:40 / 75 and possibly get faster if that was EZ.

Fun workout, ran most of it with Shaun. Struggled at first, but felt better as I went - plenty of rest. Maybe should have done a 5th, but after a hot fourth 400 decided just to be done.
Hopefully I'll be able to get in a more aerobic workout later in the week, maybe an easy tempo or progression run.
