Solo LR in Pembroke, did my usual loop through Marshfield to Duxbury Beach and back over the Powder Point Bridge. Nice morning. Planned on doing the last 5 miles @ MP (goal of ~6:10), but really struggled and only made it through 4 - was working harder than expected to run a slower pace. Hoping it's just lingering sickness / fatigue.

Week 5/20: Took an L this week, much lower volume than I wanted and my two quality days didn't really come through either. Didn't get tooo much sleep and ate lots of junk. It is what it is I guess, I could have done better but (fun) family commitments and sickness conspired to make this a rough week training-wise. Back on the horse in the new year.
