4/3/1 and waffles
Great group in Winthrop for a long run along the shore. Really nice morning for it. Did 6 up, then went into the tempo. Hung with the group for the first 4, then fell off pretty hard during the 3. I took a weird step and thought I had hurt my right ankle, but it recovered by the end of the run. Thought I would try and get through the 2/1 at MP, but after one more mile my stomach was in distress and had to slow down. Still a decent workout given the 5k Thursday, and another 20 miler. Can’t really tell if I am fit or not.
