GBTC Workout: 5x(4' on (10k), 4' off) at Franklin Park. Yikes, this was tough! Went totally by effort, didn't realllly have a pace in mind, fell off the group I started with pretty quickly and was just running hard. Tried to keep the rest segments somewhat of an honest pace since they were so long, but this was really tough. Conditions were nasty - hot and very humid, and the grass was long and soft. Not too much else to say, felt like I was working hard but got crushed, didn't feel great about it. If I could HIT a workout like this then I know I'm in good shape!
