Ran in the woods with Z, Mike, Pablo, Ryan, Blazo, and Ford. Z suggests alternating easy hard days for me and Mike, with a long run on saturday, for 30+ miles a week (e.g. 4-6-4-6-4-8). Z said that my goal for spring track should be a sub 5 minute mile, a daunting task...but Joe Kelley said the same thing earlier in the year. My plan is to run with Finn and Blazo and pace myself off them.
