6x1600 @ T (5:35-5:39) w/ 1' rest, on the track. Decent workout. Pretty sore on the warmup and at the start, but felt better as it progressed. The rest of the group started before I was ready, so I would do the first 1200 of each one with them, and the last lap on my own. Did from 4 on solo, which was actually a little easier imo. A little harder than I would have liked for a flat tempo effort, quads were a little tight and I had a lot of phlegm in my throat, but I got into a good rhythm and got the feel for it.
6x100m strides afterwards, then lift.
