UAlbany Last Chance Twilight meet steeple. Hoping to basically TT to an ECAC q, at least a PR, end the season on a high note. Oops. Not too much to say here. Got out fine, normal first couple laps was probably on pace through about the mile. Then, died pretty hard. I was just tired, there was a former 400H guy who finished just ahead of me who I should have stuck with, but even then I would have run a bad time. It was a disappointing performance for sure. No one really had a great day today though... maybe it was the late start, or I just wasn't psyched up enough. I was pretty pumped weighing in at 175.x this morning. Oh well, it's all about XC anyways! Season recap to come.
