Wanted to get in some semblance of a LR this morning (only two weeks out from the marathon!) but also felt the need to defend my turf with a victory at the local 5k along Quincy Shore Drive, so I opted for a 10 mile warmup. Felt okay, legs a little sore actually. Did the 5k loop backwards, then ran around Hough's Neck a bit. Almost miscalculated my timing... got back with only ~10 minutes left before the race, and spent the majority of that time in the bathroom.
