GBTC Workout: 6x400 @ 10k, 4x400 @ 5k, 4x200 @ 3k w/ 200m jog between everything. Started each rep w/ Caleb, although he was of course running faster than me. Solid workout - I ended up running a little faster than planned (probably because I was working a little harder than planned) but it wasn't anything crazy, had no trouble getting through the whole thing.
