Good workout in Reggie with the guys. 4800m tempo starting with a fast 200, staying fast through the mile, and then slowing to a steady pace for the rest. 16:06 / 4800 (5:22 / 1600m avg) - I think I was something like 35 first lap, 5:10 thru 1600, 10:35 thru 3200m (5:25), 5:31 last 1600. Pretty good tempo for me!
