Captain's practice. Ran easy pace. Not too hot out today- some cloud cover. Paul had us do a pickup up Mt. Ave, which I liked- felt controlled, powerful. We slowed down at the top of the hill, but I think I could have handled going at a normal pace after we crested. First Joe Kelley workout tonight!
