Easy nighttime QSDOB. Expected this run to be bad (came pretty late at night after having some beers, crackers+cheese+salami at a work thing) but it was fine. Wore the same thing as this morning, and as I predicted ended up being really warm in the second half.
Was thinking on my run that a good weekly template for the next few months will be something like:
(M) 6 E (T) 4 + 12 w/o (W) 4 + 10 (R) 4+10 (F) 12 w/o (S) 10 (S) 18, that's 90 miles on the nose. Could get more with another double or two, longer doubles, an MLR. Don't expect to hit that template on the nose very often, but I think it's a good framework to aim for.
