Notes

Regular warmup stuff, then 5 minutes barefoot jog, some leg swings, and then did 4 strides over the barrier into the sand. Then 25 minute jog.

Hopefully not too windy tomorrow. Looking at the seeds, there's a lot of people in the race and most of them are gonna be better than me. My plan is to try and stick onto the back of the pack of people that aren't bad. Primary goal is to hit the states 'B' standard (10:40). Realistically though to make states I figure it will take at least 10:20, so my goal is to run more like that. 5:30 pace seems like it will be realllly slow, but obviously the barriers are gonna make a huge difference. Excited.
