GBTC Workout: 3-4x(1600, 800, 400 @ 10k/10k/5k) w/ 200 jog between reps, 400 jog between sets. Aiming for about 5:30/2:45/75
Didn't have super high expectations for this w/o, but I've surprised myself a few times now so was a little optimistic. Didn't really have it though. First mile felt surprisingly good and the whole first set was okay, but had to shit starting in the second mile. Took a pit stop after it and never really came back. This may have been more mental than physical... I don't think I felt that tired, just had a hard time pushing myself. The times were pretty close to what I'd expected (a little slow on the 4s) although the third mile was slow, but I was starting to give up during that one. Fitness is at a local minima right now, but I had some good momentum going before my trip to Norfolk so hoping I can bounce back quick and start moving in the right direction!
