3 up, 12x2' on / 1' off, cooldown to finish the loop.
Ran from the office before bookclub (GREAT book!) Shamelessly cribbed this workout from Jake's training, planned on doing 8-12x2' on, 1' off, aiming for 5:42-5:35 (CV based on my 'thon), but not too hung up on exact paces. The effort felt right, it was a shock to the system the first two or so but then I got in a groove and was able to get through all 12 with no problem. Had some of my slower ones towards the end I guess, so maybe I was tiring. Mostly mid 5:40s with a few fast ones, I was working with and against the wind at times.
Avg pace was ~5:42, so right on I guess! Solid workout
