Got going a little later than I'd hoped, but had a very nice "long run" out along the Charles. Maybe it's all psychological, but I can definitely feel like I've lost some amount of aerobic fitness... still, don't feel bad about coming back slow - plan is to build mileage through May and be back hitting it in June/July for B2B. Probably will try for some sort of workout on Tuesday.
