GBTC workout was either 5x1200 @ 10k w/ 1 lap jog, or 5 mi continuous tempo. I would have preferred option (2), but no one else bit, so 1200s it was. Disgustingly humid out, and I must have been fatigued from the weekend - legs felt totally sapped. Made it through 3, probably could have done 1-2 more at the pace I was going but I was so slow that I didn't think I was getting much out of it and was better served but calling it there. Rationalizing it by saying that some people take 10 days of no workouts after a 10k race... I don't think mine was that intense an effort, but don't really feel bad about the "half workout" tonight. Will get in something else later in the week.
