Workout with Norcross & Shaun. They were doing 4x3200 @ 5:35, w/ 2' rest. I figured I would be good for 3x3200 as a last "hard" workout before Philly (did the same workout this time before Boston in the spring). Felt okay, led the second and 5th 1600s. Legs felt good, lungs were working pretty hard which felt like an inversion of the norm. Possibly a little sick. Ended up cutting the workout halfway through the 3rd 3200. Wimping out? Don't think so, should be o.k.
