Blustery, solo workout @ Danehy Park. Wanted to get in a second quality day this week since I haven’t done that in a while in weeks without a race, and figured this was an old favorite. Would have gone up to 6 if they were coming realllly easy, but this felt right for the morning. Need to do a better warmup before workouts I think, #2 and #3 felt much better than #1. Was getting tired by the end though. Very gusty out there today which slowed things down a little bit.
