6x mile at Charlestown HS with 1’ rest. Solo, and it was pretty late at night… so actually pretty happy with this in hindsight. Aiming for goal HMP, so figured 5:30 would be about right. I was a bit slow overall, but was consistent and had a strong last mile so not too bummed. 1’ rest is pretty short and this was faster than any reps I’ve done in a bit it feels. It was a “relatively” cool night, but I think i was still under hydrated… did not feel good at any point during this really, continue to be mysteriously reallly short of breath (at least for this one I expected to be breathing hard!) Calling this a win. Would love to have a good tempo on Thursday 🤞
