Short reps with full (two lap jog) recovery. The 800s actually felt pretty good - pace wasn’t *that* fast and it was plenty of rest. Wanted to make sure I was under mile pace for the 400s and those definitely stung a bit more. Only did 600m on the first rep because I was chatting it up with Z!
