NH 10 miler 60:44 / 79th
Well! This is always a fun race but expectations were low going in today and my execution was poor. Forgot my singlet which threw me off, then got to the start line late and started about 10s back from the front and without a chance for a pre-race bathroom trip. Super humid conditions made for a slow day today, but I did okay staying focused and running pretty smart for most of the race. Could never quite catch up to the GBTC group in front of me… then had to slow up a few times in the last 3 miles due to GI issues. Ohhh well! Let’s see if I can pull out a 10k PR at Lone Gull in a few weeks!
