Notes

Good hill workout at Detroit. 6x40 sec hills, 4x80 sec on Georgician (slight uphill), 6x40 sec hills. Took ~1:45 between hill repeats, 3 mins between 80 secs. Pretty tough conditions (windy, cold rain / sleet) but a good workout. Nice hard effort on both the hills and the flats, as far as I could tell I was making it just as far as anyone over the time periods. Running ~200m for the first set of hills, closer to 190m for most of the second time up. BUT, felt pretty strong at the end of the workout, was hurting for the last few reps but felt strong and was able to keep pushing through and running hard.
