3 and change up, 8x2' on, 1' off, short cooldown back to the office (didn't want to be late to KFCGH dinner!) Light workout, was thinking I would do 12x2' and could have no problem but stopped to go to the bathroom after 8, was running low on time, and had been going a little quick so I figured there was no harm in letting this one be on the shorter side. Felt good!
