2x4800 w/ 1200 on 400 cruise
Aimed for 5:40 / 6:20 pace. In hindsight I meant to do 1000/600 but mixed up with the last morning workout I did at the Charlestown track… felt o.k. , it was definitely a bit of a grind and I was a little slow on most of the 1200 segments. Would have had no problem with 1ks ;) my legs are definitely really feeling the mileage bump from last week / the big weekend, need to recover hard.
