Quality run w/ Steve and Chris. 70 minute run alternating 10' easy, 10' steady. Aiming for 6:20-6:30 for the steady's, but it was an effort thing, and I guess we must've been fast. Felt good. Took the first steady segment very relaxed, by the 2nd I had felt out the run a bit and pushed it a bit more for #2 and #3. Kept the easy segments very honest, but still the pace on the steadys must have been faster than the range. I think it was the right effort though, it felt easier than a tempo effort. (Looking at Paul's log / doing some map estimation, I think the first steady was ~6:2x, next two were probably right around 6 minutes, easy segments under 7 minute pace and the last 10 minutes probably the slowest).
