GBTC workout: 3-4x(1600 @ 10k, 800 @ 5k) w/ 200, 400 jog. Aimed for mid 5:30s / high 2:30s, running this solo from 200m in. I don't think those paces were unreasonable, but they proved to be a little too challenging, and I decided to play it safe and stop after 3 sets since I was getting slower. Wasn't dying, but didn't feel smooth either. Again, hard to tease out the physical from the mental here, but for the most part I have (IMO) been outracing my workout performances, so not tooo worried. Hoping that I am hitting my stride and will see improvement in both workouts and races throughout the fall! Pumped for SPAC!
