GBTC fartlek @ Franklin Park, 4xwilderness loop on / wilderness loop float, then jogged over to Bear Cage for a few loops of hard up and down the hill / jog back to the start. Felt pretty crappy for this, mostly consistent on the Wilderness loops but slower than last week and didn't feel great, had to take a poo before the hills so a long break as I looked for a suitable spot, then really tough running on the hills (just made it through 3). Not sure what was up tonight... think I may have been tired from volleyball. Hopefully I get over this... and need to go back to being extremely conscientious about what I eat on Tuesdays.
