Lou’s Relay 4x1600 4:53.04
At least I’m consistent? Anchor leg of the 4x1600, lost two spots to take us from 1st to 3rd, oops! I held off the hard charging 4th place team though. Probably 60-90 minutes rest after the first race, just running by feel here without much pace feedback. Fine! Fun event - Erik->Brian->Andrew->me.
This meet has definitely left me unsatisfied and wanting to race more track 😁
