Nice run with Wes. We did the full pond loop + bog loop, came back around the bog, and then finished the way we went out to get to 2 hours on the dot, all loop. Felt pretty good for the most part, very sore at the beginning but better as went. We weren't killing it but weren't going slow either, I'm comfortable plugging in 7' pace as an estimate. Didn't notice any shin pain today.

Second consecutive 90+ week, now we're rolling. Didn't feel as good as last week but there is definitely a phase difference between the time when I run a lot and the time when I feel tired from running a lot so I probably started feeling last week over the second half of this week. Hopefully there are some friendly adaptations taking place. Two more weeks of summer training and then back to RPI.
