9 mile ET
3 and change warmup with Shannon, then 9 miles @ MP+15. Was aiming for 10 miles @ 6:15, but it was feeling a little harder than I wanted by the end (and I was at MoS, closest to home, at 9miles...) so I just finished at 9. Not ideal, but I'm at 103 miles rolling 7 which is a big jump - it's not surprising that I my legs are feeling less than fresh. Hoping I can get through Sunday feeling alright! I *swear* there was something funky going on at the Longfellow Bridge, both times I ran under it my avg lap time jumped up like 10s and those were my two slowest miles!
